most of the images I've posted on flickr are at low resolution version from the originals. for reference, most of my original images were taken in Raw format with maximum to 3008x2000 pixels by Nikon D70 (since 2004); 3872x2592 pixels by Nikon D200 (since 2006) and up to 5616x3744 pixels by Canon 5D Mark2 at end of 2008.

please let me know by email (or leave message), if you wish to purchase license for commercial usage or use my work for non-commercial purpose. all of my photos are copyrighted and may not be used or reproduced without my permission. thank you for understanding.

my Chinese name is 施銘成 (施铭成 in simplified Chinese). after interruption by business career for decades, i started to record my journey again with Nikon D70 in 2004, Nikon D200 in April of 2006 and Canon D5 mark 2 now (so call CNN...;-). photography become an professional work and enthusiastic hobby in daily life. i'm still in learning and trying...

i open flickr on May 14, 2005 and upgrade to pro a/c on Nov 19. It's wonderful to share some vision and thought with you from anyplace, anytime of the world...

I work for a Charity / Non Profit. Can we use one of your images for free?
If your organisation is staffed by all volunteers, please ask me for further info. There is a good chance I will be cool with it.
If you or other people are getting paid, its fair that I should get paid too. If your budget is small, just ask.
Like all photographers, the cost of time, gears and traveling are high, I have to make a living like everybody else.

Can I blog one of your images?
(if it's not for any commercial or profitable usage, and not the photos which were been exclusive usage to 3'rd parties) Yes, please go right ahead. send me a link to your blog while you are at it.
