I never set out to become anything in particular, only to live creatively and push the scope of my experience through adventure and through passion. If you were to ask me what my favorite image that I have ever shot was, I would tell you that it’s the last one that I took. I get excited by every image that I make and I truly love being a photographer. Photographs to me, are like a time machine. They can take you backwards and forwards to places that you want to be and hope to go again.

“My Photographic style is environmental”

I would say my photographic style is environmental. Starting out with landscape photography really made me appreciate a great scene. The environment, the scene, and the colors in the environment are important elements to me and Is what I think about before I make a Picture.

Growing up music was a big part of my life. I don’t play an instrument, But I always loved the creativity in it. I like all kinds of music, But I don't really like country. I don't have a favorite anything, But I have a list of things I love. I'm a child of the 80's and 90's and I have a bit of nostalgia so I love Just about anything from that time. I love when you hear a song and it can take you back to the very first time that you heard it. How It can take you to a place that you ache to go again. It’s a twinge in your heart, that's far more powerful than memory alone.

“I’m very competitive”

I'm very competitive, I always have been. I think the main reason I like working with Isabel is because she keeps raising the bar without even trying and it makes me want to be better. When I photograph for others I want to raise the bar on myself and capture images that are better than anything that I’ve captured before.

I love photographing emotional events in life. A new baby, a first birthday, a happy couple on their wedding day. The most Beautiful photographs to me are the ones that mean something. Life travels in an amazing circle, from birth to first steps, to childhood, to adulthood, to marriage, and back to a new birth. It is an amazing thing for me and a complete honor to be able to capture these moments for a living.

When I Photograph for others I strive every time my camera is in hand to capture the most meaningful portraits possible. I would say my photographic style is emotion, From a newborn’s toes, to a married couples first kiss. It’s these moments and emotions that inspires me every time I pick up my camera. I truly love being a photographer and I can’t Imagine doing anything else.
