I'm an American who has been living and working in Shanghai, China for the past few years. China and S.E. Asia is wonderfully rich and an amazing place to explore, particularly as a photographer and especially if you like trying to capture the subtle nuances that define rich visual experiences. I still have not mastered this art but fortunately, many of my colleagues on flickr have.
