This is about my photos, not me, but here is a little bit more information about me as it may shed some light on the photos that I take.

After being a keen amateur photographer as a child, my interest lapsed during my teenage years. For years I used various 35mm compacts for taking "holiday snaps" and little else. I decided to take up photography as a hobby again at the end of 2006 and invested in a digital camera; I'm currently in the process of teaching myself photography all over again...
