I am a jewellery designer / maker and editor of UK Handmade Magazine. I live with my lovely Dutch husband in Surrey, England and our two furry babies (Siamese cats).
My jewellery business - Sakura Jewellery.
My handmade one-of-a-kind and limited edition artisan jewellery featuring gemstone and unique, original handmade ceramic focals is a celebration of colour, nature and feminine gorgeousness.
"Sakura" is the Japanese word for "cherry blossom". It is a name I chose because my hope for my designs is for them to be delicate, luminous, ephemeral and beautiful like Sakura and I also wanted to honour my half-Japanese heritage. This is also why Sakura feature quite prominently in some of my designs.
