My name is David. I enjoyed a very happy childhood in Berlin, a city full of adventure and opportunities. With sixteen I got the chance to move to a buzzing boarding school in the sleepy town of Shaftesbury, UK. I was honored to make some lifelong friends and got a first glimpse of the epic world out there waiting to be discovered. After a placement year at GSBZ in Zürich, Switzerland, a few more exams and some of the best time of my life so far, I graduated from Loughborough University this year. My time in Switzerland, the people I met, and the unbelievable beauty of nature and the mountains gave me the last bit of inspiration I needed to fall in love with outdoor adventures. My dreams and challenges mark no world records or ‘firsts’, but they are about breaking barriers within myself.

Dislike: mosquitoes, false promises, visas, vodaphone, marmite
