Cynthia Joffrion is the current president of the Funding Management Group, an organization committed to providing affordable assistance to non-profits in navigating the complex grant application process. Composed of experienced and talented industry veterans, the Funding Management Group has been in business since 1996.
The team’s combined experience and diligence help to minimize often- missed funding opportunities. Their success is overwhelming; over the past three years, Joffrion and her team at the Funding Management Group have successfully claimed over twenty-six million dollars in funding to schools, libraries, and other non-profit organization in need of aid.

A graduate of the University of Houston, Cynthia Joffrion began her career in teaching. For twenty-three years, Joffrion has progressed in responsible experience and leadership in the education. Joffrion has held numerous positions within the industry, including instructional coordination, school superintendent and state instructional technology director.


Drawing on her diverse background in the education industry, Cynthia Joffrion has spoken at numerous local, state and national level conferences and workshops. Her lectures include topics and issues including instructional technology education, grant writing, and grant management techniques. In addition, Joffrion’s articles have been published in multiple journals, with subjects ranging from funding acquisition for schools, utilizing distance education instruction, funding school district technology initiatives, and grants for universities.
