CT Ward is a legally blind photographer living in Idaho.
Since being diagnosed with advanced glaucoma, CT's works have appeared in the Philadelphia Museum of Art twice The Pennsylvania Academy of The Fine Arts, the nations first art museum and are held in many private and public collections.
CT uses a manual focus Olympus OM-1n and OM-4 Ti cameras generally with Velvia 50 slide film.
Being visually impaired CT takes advantage of Olympus' accessories that help to enhance vision and uses depth-of-field focusing and a tripod.
The vision "impairment" forces CT to slow down and study his subjects, keeping the images simple and straightforward. CT has been known to wait for hours, with his photo composed, for the 'perfect ' lighting.
CT says; "The vision comes from the heart of Nature and my love for her."
Here you will find a sampling of his diverse subject matter.
