Christian currently holds a masters degree in Biology and Ecology from Wesleyan University. Photography has been a passion of his for nearly a decade, and more recently, he has dabbled various in professional photographic pursuits, including weddings, stock, and publication work. Field and science photography has also been a staple of his body of work: Christian never goes on a research expedition without his camera!

As a scientist, technology nut, artist, and world traveler, Christian has successfully captured a wide variety of subjects, from tiny insects to portraits to enormous panoramic landscapes.



A note about my photos:

I have intentionally limited the quality of my photos on my flickr account. Why? Because uploading full-quality photos is essentially like giving out negatives, which is a silly thing for any photographer to do. In any event, any and all pictures I do upload to my Flickr photo stream are more than adequate in quality for small prints and desktop backgrounds, so if that's what you'd like them for, download away!

Be warned, however, that I RESERVE ALL LEGAL RIGHTS to these images, and the use of my work for any purpose besides personal use is strictly forbidden without my prior notification. Please let me know if you'd like to use my photos for anything, and I'll probably just let you use them.

Long story short: if you want to use one of my pictures to make money somehow, please let me know first and get my permission! If you're just using my pictures for desktop backgrounds and small, personal prints, that's ok by me.
