I've been known on flickr as aalexis since I joined but decided to finally make my flickr site official by making my url permanent. So here I am.... no turning back now.....

I started out taking pictures for scrap booking and to have mementos for different events. That was until I learned exactly how much fun I could have with photography... now I can't stop taking pictures. I even find myself walking around looking at the world through a camera lens even when I don't have a camera in my hands.

For me photography is challenging, fun, and constantly creative... possibilities are limitless and that to me is the perfect description of a great hobby.
