Originally from El Dorado Arkansas, I'm interested in southern culture, black American history, and the legacy of slavery. I studied history at Duke before going to law school. I am a student of constitutional law and civil rights.

Now in Miami, I am a maritime lawyer helping cruise passengers and crew members around the world.

Lawyers have an obligation to help others, to enrich the impoverished, to empower the powerless, and to make history.

passions: civil rights, victim rights, cruise ship safety . . .

interests: mississippi delta, southern history, vanishing America . . .
