basically i pound, or glue, or screw, stuff together to make crosses that people either find incredibly offensive or irrisistably intriguing. sometimes both, which is the most fun. each cross is unique as they are all made from found objects and couldn't be duplicated even if i were so inclined. self taught, my work is generally considered outsider folk art. many of the people who have made room in their homes for a cross have extensive cross collections in which i am honored to be included. they make wonderful conversation pieces for when the inlaws are over. raising three boys from scratch doesn't afford me much time for shows but i do make it out to about four a year. if you are interested in getting a look-see in person, my website is updated when show dates are confirmed.
