I’m a 28-year-old advertising executive moonlighting as a baker and cake decorator. At some point in the distant (or maybe not-so-distant) future, keeping true to my entrepreneurial spirit, I plan on throwing caution to the wind and opening up my own bakery. Until then, I’m just practicing the baking skills and posting pictures of my creations on my website, www.crazyamyscakes.com, in the hopes of gathering enough support to convince me to do it.
