lThe Institute of Certified Public Accountants in Ireland(CPA) was formed in 1943 and enjoys legal recognition as a body of auditors in the Republic of Ireland. The Institute has a membership in excess of 5000 members and students, which has grown at a rate of 15% over the past two years. The Institute has recently purchased a new HQ in Dublin, to cater for its growth, and also retains an office in Belfast. CPA members work in both industry and practice, primarily serving the requirements of business owners in the SME sector.
