I'm a mother and wife who discovered a love of photography when my first child was born. I tinkered mostly until late 2006, when I took the plunge and purchased my first DSLR. Since then I've upgraded my camera body, and continued to click away on that shutter button, learning from reading, online tutorials, and most of all trial and error with my camera.

I love to photograph people and nature. Both subjects bring me great satisfaction. There is just something absolutely joyous about capturing a persons essence in an image, or the quiet calm of nature.

I hope to make a full-time career out of this passion one day, but for now I'm raising my children and continually learning both in life, and in photography.
