Hello Global Village-
Welcome to my addiction. I hope that as you view my images I can get you to smile, laugh, or learn something new by looking through the same glass eye as I do, as I review the pictures that I take then post I have come to the realization that I am a documentary photographer. I have no idea why.
Simply is the way I try to live my life. I love my husband, dog, job, house, friends, traveling, and taking pictures of all of these things because my memory sucks and I would forget everything if I didn't. I dislike litterbugs and people that hold the "hate ball"
I am a Lock Operator on the Mighty Mississippi River near St Louis, MO.
My job put me on Hurricane Katrina disaster relief in rural Mississippi from September 15, 2005 thru Feb 22, 2006. thus many chances to take pictures of new things have been almost as fun as the people I have met.
Last year I was able to spend some tine in Northern California - Wow! glad I remembered my camera- (haha)
