Photography is Fun.
I'm experimenting with HDR (High Dynamic Range) photography and absolutely love it. I think as technology improves it will become the standard.
Right now my interest is in more realistic looking HDR with an extra touch of saturation and some impressionistic overtones - for good measure.
There are so many great HDR photographers on Flickr - just check my contacts and favorite pictures to see some that I've found.

Came across this quote on Early Wilkerson's flicker profile. I think it captures my mood towards technology and the role that it plays in photography today.
The following quote from Lou Ann Aepelbacher sums it up well:
"An amateur photographer was invited to dinner with friends, and he took along a few pictures to show to them. The hostess looked at the photos and commented, "These are very good! You must have a good camera." The photographer didn't make any comment, but as he was leaving to go home, he said, "That was a really delicious meal! You must have some very good pots."
