I love film.
It's that simple - I enjoy the shooting, the processing and the printing. Many bemoan the slowness of film - the waiting and the inflexibility. To me, this "slowness" is exactly why I choose film. I view it as a craft and medium - not just a means to an end.
I live and work in the northern Virginia and DCMetro area. Photography, to me, is about texture and light. It's about getting that one good shot that requires no explanation, yet conveys volumes.
