I was born in New York City, raised in New England and have spent the last 46 years in Colorado. I Retired after a long career in Aerospace (engineering), and finally have the time to seriously pursue a life-long interest in photography and the study of nature. Through the years I have used many different film cameras but with the advent of digital photography, I now mainly use a Nikon D2X and a Nikkor AFS 200-400mmVR lens on a monopod for wildlife photography and my original Nikon D1X and Nikkor AFS 17-35mm for landscape work.
