Have worked in the trenches of comic-book publishing since 1986, as a colorist, letterer, rewriter, production manager, retoucher, editor and scheduler, both on staff and as a freelancer, with side forays into illustration, layout and book production.

Although I drew and painted regularly up into my early twenties, I stopped once I started working and freelancing full-time. Now that work is slowing down, I'm picking up my paints and pencils again. Lots of rust to scrape off, though.
