    KMAIR* says:

    "I'm all out of hope
One more bad dream could bring a fall
    When I'm far from home
Don't call me on the phone
    To tell me you're alone
    It's easy to deceive
    It's easy to tease
    But hard to get release

Les yeux sans visage eyes without a face
Got no human grace your eyes without a face.

    I spend so much time
    Believing all the lies
    To keep the dream alive
    Now it makes me sad
It makes me mad at truth
    For loving what was you

Les yeux sans visage eyes without a face
Got no human grace your eyes without a face.

When you hear the music you make a dip
Into someone else's pocket then make a slip.
Steal a car and go to Las Vegas oh, the gigolo pool.
I'm on a bus on a psychedelic trip
Reading murder books tryin' to stay hip.
I'm thinkin' of you you're out there so
    Say your prayers.

    Now I close my eyes
    And I wonder why
    I don't despise
    Now all I can do
    Is love what was once
    So alive and new
But it's gone from your eyes
    I'd better realise

Les yeux sans visage eyes without a face
Got no human grace your eyes without a face.
Such a human waste your eyes without a face
    And now it's getting worse."

    " jump3kiwi, Colin.
I cannot say anything about Colin without first commending him and applauding him for his courageous Outness about being a Gay Artist.
His example to gay and lesbian youth across the world is a gift to us. A rare and humbling spirit.
His art which includes wire sculpture with sea glass, "totem" poles, and photography are all remarkable and well worth a trip through his photo stream to see.
I understand we will be seeing him off to art school soon!
What I admire most about Colin is his honesty.
His art is stripped of all pretense and competetive tricks and stands alone in each frame a testimony to that singular moment and it's truth.
There is a story behind Colin's honesty, a story about survival and integrity and hard won victories that forms the basis for a clean and effective execution of his works.
I encourage you to get to know this fellow from the Land of Kiwis as much as his art and let him blaze a humble and quiet trail through your heart.
He won't go blaring his own horn or advertising his successes so you will have to pay attention lest you miss him.
And that would be a tragedy.

"I love him (at least) as much as I love his artwork. When he feels sad and lonely I wish I could be on the other side of this planet and put my arm on his shoulder, for my own sake and for his."
