I like the intro of my favorite author Darwin Wiggett in one of his book. He said "Experienced photographers realize it is the photographer who makes images great, not the gear. Vision, creativity, talent and skill underlie great photography; your camera and accesories are merely the tools you use to achieve this. The most important skill needed for fine photography is visualization. Buying the latest and greatest gear will not necessarily make you a better photographer; it will just reduce the size of your bank account. You make a great photo by going out and shooting, not agonizing over the specs of the perfect camera. "
