Meet The Team: 450 members. 2 coaches. 1 nation.

We are a Team of age group triathletes of all ability levels from across the US -- and beyond -- committed to getting smarter, faster, and having fun. Some have qualified for Kona, some are in their first year of this amazing sport.

The training and racing focus of the Team is driven by some very fast guys/gals talking about Power, Pace, and getting faster. At the same time there is a cadre of MOP, BOP, and Masters athletes, learning from the fast folks and training at a level significantly smarter than their non-EN peers. Everyone brings their own unique set of knowledge and experience to the table, helping to create a vibe and learning space that is unique to Endurance Nation.

The Team is lead by EN Founders and Coaches Rich Strauss and Patrick McCrann. They manage the learning
environment and content, ensuring the information is sound, on topic, and the highest quality possible.

They lead from the front, offering their training and racing as a laboratory to learn, make mistakes, and refine their coaching guidance.
