Le Centre national de coopération au développement (CNCD-11.11.11) est la coupole d’une centaine d’ONG de développement, de syndicats et d’ associations d’éducation permanente engagées dans la solidarité internationale en communauté française et germanophone de Belgique.

Le CNCD-11.11.11 réalise trois missions essentielles :

- Financer des projets de développement dans le Sud en organisant chaque année l’Opération 11.11.11.

- Sensibiliser le public belge aux enjeux de la coopération internationale en organisant une campagne de sensibilisation bisannuelle (la campagne 11.11.11)

- Interpeller les décideurs politiques pour promouvoir des règles internationales équitables et un monde plus juste.
