The Colorado Mountain Brewery is an original, independent and locally-based brewpub/restaurant start up. Located on Colorado Springs’ north side along the I-25 corridor in the InterQuest Marketplace retail district (next to the Hollywood 14 Movie Theaters and the new Renaissance Hotel and Conference Center), the Colorado Mountain Brewery will enjoy easy Interstate access, spectacular mountain and Air Force Academy views and excellent, ample parking. Colorado Mountain Brewery enhances InterQuest Marketplace’s vibrant mix of entertainment, lodging, dining and shopping.

The endeavor is the latest by the local father/son team of Dick and Scott Koons. The pair will head the brewpub’s business development and corporate management structure. Both entrepreneurs are well versed and experienced in business practices, finances and start-up concepts. The Colorado Mountain Brewery is expected to open for business in late spring of 2010.
