I am Deependra Bajracharya, an astute photojournalist of Nepal based in Kathmandu. I have much experience working as a photojournalist in various major publication houses of Nepal like Kamana Prakashan Samuha, Artha Prakashan, Bhrikuti Publication, Kantipur Publication, New Business Age, and APCA. I had contributing to foreign agencies including Getty Images and Reuters my picture is also appeared in Newsweek, Himal South Asia, India Today and others. I believe in the power of documentary photography to create bridges of understanding between people and places. Now days I am doing a story on martyr’s family whose dears were killed then government during the people’s movements of April 2006 across the country for stabling a Democratic republic country. It is my self-project, however, aims to tell a many people as possible what really happens in my country.
