Note: Due to some person stealing images of my wife Maria and pretending that they are actually photos of themselves I have removed all my 200 photos of her. In the process I have lost my trust in many of my contacts. I am in the process of blocking many who have added me as a contact. Basically if you added me as a contact and have no buddy icon you will be blocked, if you have no photos to share you will be blocked, if your photos are from the internet you will be blocked, if your photos are in poor taste you will be blocked, if you do not have a profile and a real name you might be blocked.

To all the folks who use Flickr just to collect images without sharing; this is not what this community is about. Therefor if you just plan to favourite images but do not have a real photostream yourself, you will be blocked. As always when you do favourite an image of mine because you like it, please be kind enough to leave a nice comment.

To all my friends who have been affected by this I am truly sorry. I am even debating whether to leave Flickr altogether when my account expires in May.

Well as you can see I decided to stay. I received quite a few E-mails from my true Flickr friends who encouraged me to stay. I appreciate the words of support and it is because of the good side of the Flickr community that I am sticking with it.
