Where did the idea of Clean Cambridge come from?

Clean Cambridge is an idea that came from the tradition of Russian Subbotnik: Saturday or Sunday volunteer days organized for cleaning the streets, fixing public amenities, collecting recyclable material, and other community services.

Clean Cambridge is an initiative of Cambridge residents to clean the beautiful city we live in.
