Just an insurance claims adjuster (now retired) who got interested in Photography shooting shots of accident scenes, etc. I wanted to do better so I went out and bought my own SRL and I was off and running. Took a photography course, which helped. Took me about five years to really develop an "eye", which, to me, is most of what photography is all about. I guess I am described as an "advanced amatuer", but from time to time people pay me money for my work. Now that I am retired (as of 1-26-07) I am considering pushing my photography work for some hard cash. Will need to bone up on technical know-how though, as that is my weak spot.
