I've been fascinated with photography since I was given my first Kodak Instamatic when I was six years old. Since then, I've spent an untold number of hours peering through a lens and seeing the results in the darkroom.

With the advent of digital photography, which I resisted for many years, I had the opportunity to merge my love of photography with my Computer Science training. In addition, I've been able to take a lot more photographs without having to worry about the cost of film, development, and printing.

Outside of photography, I'm University educated with degrees in Foreign Languages and Literature as well as Computer Science. I'm married to Marcie with two children, Dana and Kathyrn. All three of the them have gotten used to having a camera around.

I work as a software engineer with Nortel Networks. My primary career focus at this time is on Software Production and Configuration Management.

I keep involved in my Plano, Texas community by volunteering with the Plano Police Department, the Allen Masonic Lodge, my Church, and my daughters' schools - Bethany Elementary and Schimelphenig Middle School.
