I'm a sixty-year-old (!) artist living on a farm on the Lake Erie shore with (currently) one man, three dogs and four cats. I struggle in vain to keep up with a large, rambling house, feed everybody and amuse myself with my (no longer commercial) arts. I'm a bibliophile, buying far too many books for my "budget" and reading obsessively. I'm a fairly recent grandmother, figuring out what that means and trying to be someone my granddaughter will love and remember since I'm pretty sure that's the only immortality we get. I have advanced arthritis so am pretty constantly frustrated with what I can no longer do but enjoy what I can and fake the rest.
