Of course, this also means that we only use the photos of people who share their real names, see here, so please do let us know if we ask.

We accept your choice of licensing terms, although the freer the better is preferred.

You can create galleries that feature your work, so long as it is of the sort usable within encyclopedia articles. To do that, Join us!
