I am a NY based photographer, and hesitate to identify myself as an 'artist'. I work with emotions, interactions, and the reactions thereof. Without other people, I would cease to enjoy my work.
Black and white film is my preferred medium due to its inherently abstract visceral nature, although from time to time I will shoot chromes or color neg.

I have lived in New York for most of my life, Manhattan for the first 14 years, followed by upstate eastern NY until 17. I lived in Kauhajoki, Finland for nearly a year from Summer 2008 to Summer 2009, and have returned to the USA for university studies. I adore traveling, and want to spend the rest of my life seeing new places, as well as revisiting those that I know and love.
