My interest in photography has been as a bystander most of my life. As I have progressed in my business life, I find myself wanting to participate more. flickr is one of those amazing applications that I could not live without. I subscribe to many feeds and find myself in awe at some of the talent that I find on flickr. Having recently purchased my first really nice camera (Nikon D200), I hope to think a little harder with each photo that I take. I hope to reach further for some of the artistic viewpoints that my eye sees as it connects to the subject through my lens. I am having fun with this and glad to see such an active community in flickr that has inspired me to pursue a lifelong interest.
