I love life, and since I have ideals, I dare give critique to people that do wrong things in my eyes.

I love human beings and women.
I like the view of a woman of Arfrican Origin. You will find some in my work and favorites.
I like the beauty of the healthy, happy and proud human body,

And I like the soul power of expression in faces and body language. You will find expressive bodies talking their song of life in my favourites and groups.

When someone favours a picture of mine, and he or she does not comply with elementary Flickr rules, (like putting in place a buddy icon) I will take my picture back from your favourites and not allow you to see my work again. Mind your steps here.

My Photo Stream has over 110.000 visits in just four years. I see the exchange of comments and visiting each other's photo streams as an enriching way of relating to other souls. The 'miracle of meeting' in action in a contemporary way indeed.

It seems that especially the breastfeeding and nude portrait pictures are responsible for the success of the stream. So many people seem to be looking for a beautiful nude, for an image that warms up the soul. I do not disapprove of that search. We live in a world of loneliness and lack of resources to the soul indeed...

To discover, to understand, is what I like and I am looking for intensity, integrity and authenticity.

I am born in the early sixties and try to be the historian of my own life, apart from being a professional historian and publicist, busy making contributions in developing the Image of our Time, of our domestic and global culture and civilisation.

To devote time to the 'Miracle of Meeting' is a need. Always on the outlook to see the treasure, the wonder in fellow Human Beings.
I need input of reading material, of face to face meetings, and I like to balance these close encounters with the experience of freedom, silence and natural desolation from time to time.
I am the best friend of my young dog.

The results of the alchemy of daily life are an increasing creativity and we are finding a more adequate language in articles and public letters. Some hundred highly placed, eminent people read what I write. And a huge group of internet commentators and visitors read what I write and react to the ideas and viewpoints offered. That makes me feel good and makes me want to go on.

Favourite Iconic Persons include: Barack Obama and his First Family, dr. Jane Goodall, Nelson Mandela, Bishop Desmond Tutu, Charles Darwin, Jesus, prof. Albert Einstein, dr. Hannah Arendt, prof. Piet Nijs, prof. Mark Eyskens. And stewards, working class people, Black Africans, small girls, sun flowers.

You can be sure I have interesting grandparents, parents, uncles and aunties, cousins and one original brother. : D
