Monday through Friday 9-5 I am a Medical Claims Analyst working for an Oncology Practice in Suffolk County, NY. All other hours and days I am a photographer living on the North Fork of Long Island. I am in the process of self-publishing a cookbook and run a food blog called "Three Bites Food Blog" (www.threebitesfoodblog.com).
