My background

I'm a Australian mature-aged T-woman who was born in the UK and emigrated at age 11. My gender feelings were well-established by that age. My need to dress as a female goes back to my early childhood. I used to go out dressed in public on my own in my twenties and I have included some photos of that era. However, I never had any contact with my trans-sisters back then.

My re-awakening

After many years back in the closet, I came out again in January 2007. I found a world as a woman that I had always longed for. I became very active in the Seahorse Society of New South Wales, the longest established trans organisation in Australia.

My life now

I have made many new trans friends, both in real life and on line, since then. I am now the Seahorse webmistress. In May 2011, I was elected President of Seahorse NSW Inc.

I am lucky enough to have a supportive partner and children, and the acceptance of my brothers and their families, and my staff.

My aims, activities and expectations

My aim is to look and act as natural a woman as possible so that I moved about in society as comfortably as possible. I have grown my hair long and stopped using wigs in early 2008. I have had my ears pierced, and regularly epilate my arms, legs and chest. I do not take hormones; I have not had electrolysis; I have not had surgery.

I am very much into creating a realistic female appearance, including a female body shape, using breast forms, hip/bum padding and a corset to get a waist.

I am sometimes asked if I live full-time as a woman. My femme life is a part-time activity. I would average 2-3 days each month when I go out dressed and a similar number dressed at home.

At six foot tall and weighing well over 200lb, I accept that I do not fully pass as a woman, but I no longer worry about this. People, who do read me, never give me more than a puzzled glance, a frown or an amused smile.

I have decided to limit most of my photos to "friends only" and will accept you as a friend only if you meet the following criteria:

1. You have a meaningful profile,
2. You have some photos with your face clearly visible,
3. You do not have your genitals showing, and
4. You have at least something vaguely in common with me.

If you do not fit the above criteria, do not bother making me a contact, as I will not reciprocate. If you have obscene photos, expect to be blocked.

I am not really interested in getting friendly with men, but fortunately there are not many granny-tranny chasers out there. My attraction has always been towards women and I am happily married.
