Christchurch City Libraries is one of the largest public library networks in New Zealand, with more branches than any other library network. Our region stretches across
the diverse city of Christchurch and around Banks Peninsula, one of the country’s most stunning landscapes.

Last year we celebrated 150 years of Public Libraries in Christchurch and are continuing to add images from the libraries past.
