I was lucky enough to travel a lot as a child and lived in six countries (Europe and Asia) when I was growing up. I was born in England, now live in Australia.

I've done a few trips as an adult the longest was in 1999 - I spent 7 months travelling through parts of Africa, Asia and Australia.

I enjoy travel photography and photographing people, including my family.

To me photographs of people and culture are much more interesting than landscapes or objects. I love to see a moment captured.

I love looking at great photographs. So of course I think flickr is great.
