I create one-of-a-kind chocolate roses using pure chocolate with no adulterants or extenders. I spend five to eight hours in the creation of a single unique rose, depending upon the complexity of the rose. I begin with dark chocolate, or a chocolate truffle for the center, and then finish the rose using only pure white or dark chocolate and sometimes a bit of coloring.
