Cypress Hills Local Development Corporation (CHLDC) was founded in 1983 by a group of local residents and merchants after a period of rapid neighborhood decline. CHLDC serves over 8,000 residents per year in its mission to revitalize the Cypress Hills community through economic development, affordable housing preservation, and the positive development of our youth and their families.
