Chicago Red Dress Party's photostream

The Red Dress Party is a national event dedicated to creating awareness and visibility for the HIV/AIDS movement and raising funds to build a stronger and more unified LGBT community. The color red is an international symbol of HIV/AIDS awareness, we build on that concept by encouraging all attendees, despite age, gender or sexual orientation, to attend the event adorned in a red dress. We believe in the power of social interactions to change negative social constructs and eradicate prejudice and discrimination from society.
