Any of my images under the Creative Commons license are free for everyone to use provided:

1. They are not used in any pornographic, criminal, racist, anti-religion, campaign against any group, ethnicity, country, or nationality, and/or any illegal activity/site.

2. You will have to inform me via email or flickr mail (preferably prior) upon use of my work for your own gain.

3. If you are using my images for any commercial ads or campaign, email me beforehand to avoid misuse and complications.

4. I still have the right to deny usage or prevent you from using my image if I find the use offending or degrading to me, my work, or other people in some way.

5. Images containing persons or models must seek my permission (and eventually the model) before any use. This is to prevent any misunderstanding between the model and the entity using the image.
