  Marissa is one of the most gifted, creative, insane (in the good way), and all together amazing people I know. I don't know who I'd have grown up as if I didn't have her as my best friend through childhood. She's one of those girls who you look at and you don't think, you KNOW, "this girl is going to be something famous."   so Marissa aka charminglybohemian as most of you flickrites know her as.
  
  i met marissa almost 3 years ago now when i came to a new school. terrified, freshly hurt by former 'friends' and extremely shy. she immediately talked to me and included me in her small but tight group of friends. soon, it began to feel like i had known her for years, not just a few weeks.
  she is definitely her own person. you can see that right away. she chops all of her hair off confidently and with a smile, while most girls are hiding behind Rapunzel long locks. i envy her style in clothing and how she can pull off anything (she probably just laughed at that, but its TRUE!)
  so back in may 2008, she told me about this awesome site called flickr. so she persuaded me to join and i did. i realized i loved the site and it became a part of my everyday routine.
  i will never be as good as marissa in photography, but i dont really want to be. i like watching take her photos and seeing the finished projects. the pictures are unlike anything and im sure if i tried to be like her, they would just suck.
  now that she just got the CANON REBEL, you better watch out flickrites. be prepared to be BLOWN AWAY.
  
  someday, this girl, me and a.devine are going to rule the world with our creative abilities...just you wait!
