I'm new to photography, which may or may not be particularly obvious at a glance. Photography was suggested as a way to find balance in the chaos that is my life. It really has been a great tool and coping strategy...something about deliberately exploring different perspectives and finding breathtaking beauty in the most mundane things has been a welcome distraction. Even if I don't get any better I know I'll enjoy doing this for quite some time--or at least until I finish my Masters!!
