Hello,

I'm an amateur photographer (at best). I work in a very technical field, and this gives me a chance to be somewhat creative. My main focus is shooting landscapes around the area that I live (Western New York). I dabble in other areas of photography as well: macro, wildlife, sports, portraits, etc...

At some point in my life, I'd like to use photography to supplement my income, but it's going to be a HUGE learning curve before that ever happens.

I'm a Canon user (switched from Canon to Nikon, then back to Canon).

In my bag I carry a 1D MKIII, 50mm f1.4, 17-40mm f4L, 24-70mm f2.8L, 70-200mm f2.8L, 420EX, and all the usual accessories.
