I've been learning to sew by making historical clothing (especially 18th and 19th century). I am not a re-enactor (I wish!), nor am I historically accurate, but someday I hope to learn more. I am also learning embroidery and use knotting shuttles. I enjoy meeting fellow costumers and lovers of history, and have far too many interests and hobbies.
