Hey, I'm Cess, a twenty something year old living in Texas. I've always have a "thing" for pictures, but it wasn't until in the last 2-3 years that I was drawn into photography.

It's a hobby, and I have no formal training whatsoever. I learn by trial and error and from the amazing photographers here on Flickr (I've been lurking for a good while). I don't know a lot about photography, but I'm having fun with it.

I don't own a DSLR yet (currently saving up for it), so I take most of my pictures with my point and shoot, a Canon Power Shot SD 870 IS. Occasionally, I borrow my bestfriend's Canon 50D to play with.

Other than that, I'm a nurse (recently graduated), and I have a nursing blog as well (that needs to be updated regularly haha).
