A native of Belo Horizonte, Brazil, Cesar Raphael is a multi- faceted creative director, writer, actor and producer. He is also the leading founder and director of the Lumiart company, a film and advertising enterprise based in Brazil. Cesar has been involved in more than 25 varied audiovisual projects and has already earned 7 nacional and internacional awards with his short films, including Best Director at the “Los Angeles Reel Film Festival” and the Grand Jury Award for Best Short at the “Gasparilla International Film Festival”. Currently, he is working on his first feature film.
