I have always been interested in taking photos...albeit not so well! I always have had good intentions but for some reason my thought of how the picture would turn out and how it actually turned out are 2 different things....

In March 2008 my family and I went with 2 other families to Italy for a 10 day Tuscan vacation. The trip of a lifetime!! Since the Euro was kicking the US Dollar in the rear end, I decided that I would not be spending a lot of money on souveniers in Italy. So, I bought my souvenier early....my first DSLR camera!! I have been in hog heaven ever since. (By the way, on that particular trip, I took 1500 pictures!! Eeks!)

It's all history after that. I am just trying to improve my skills and really capture the special moments through the lens.
